Feeling like a catch-up or a good natter? Our Chatty Table meets every Monday from 10am to 12pm at Holy Grounds, welcoming people of all ages and backgrounds to connect, chat, and enjoy some friendly company.

Chatty Table is all about simple, positive interactions that brighten someone’s day – embodying the true spirit of Aussie mateship. Whether you stay for five minutes or the whole session, you’re helping build a stronger, more connected community.

Research shows one in four Australians feel lonely or socially disconnected each week. A chat over a cuppa can make all the difference – come be part of it!

Looking for a supportive, friendly space for you or a loved one living with dementia?

 

Join us once a month at our local cafe for Forget-Me-Not - a relaxed, welcoming session for people living with memory loss, their carers, and loved ones.Share a coffee, enjoy some food, and connect with others who understand. Every session is about support, friendship, and simply spending a few casual hours together.

 

📅 Drop in anytime 10am - 12pm -  3rd Tuesday of the Month

 

Come along and be part of our community - everyone is welcome!

 

(Please note: this is not a drop-and-run session – carers are asked to stay and enjoy the session alongside the person they support).

Come down to Holy Grounds any and every Wednesday at lunch for board games, good company, and a relaxed vibe. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just curious, all are welcome to join the fun!

Bring your mates or make new ones - let’s make Wednesdays the best day of the week. See you at the cafe!

​​A casual weekly get-together where you can make things and connect with others. Whether you're an experienced maker or just curious to try something new, our Makers group is a space to connect, create, and unwind.

We're currently working on a collaborative new initiative: crafting soft balls for an intergenerational project that aims to bring people of all ages together through handmade care and creativity.

You’re welcome to join in - whether you're keen to make for the project, create something personal for a loved one, or just want to try your hand at something new - you're welcome.

What to expect:

A welcoming space for anyone impacted by suicide loss - family, friends, colleagues, or loved ones.

 

You Left Too Soon offers a space to connect with others in a warm, informal setting. Whether you feel like talking, listening, or simply being present over a coffee, this is a safe space for reflection, connection, and healing.

 

Stay for 10 minutes or the whole session - this space is yours.

 

Every second Friday of the month (except December)

We’re inviting homeschoolers, school groups, lunch clubs, and curious creatives to join us for a simple but meaningful activity: decorating a postcard to brighten someone’s day. Whether it’s for an aged care resident, someone facing challenges, or just a stranger who could use a smile, each postcard becomes a small act of kindness.

 

Take your postcard home to share with someone special, or add it to our bundle for sharing - spreading connection and joy, one message at a time.Want to run a session for your group?
