we're a space co-designed by locals, where connection, creativity, and good coffee come together to challenge social isolation

✨ Makers – Everyone’s Welcome! 🎨🧶
Thursdays at 11am | Holy Grounds, in Cathedral Square
A casual weekly get-together where you can make things and connect with others. Whether you're an experienced maker or just curious to try something new, our Makers group is a space to connect, create, and unwind.
We're currently working on a collaborative new initiative: crafting soft balls for an intergenerational project that aims to bring people of all ages together through handmade care and creativity.
You’re welcome to join in - whether you're keen to make for the project, create something personal for a loved one, or just want to try your hand at something new - you're welcome.
What to expect:
🧰 All materials provided
👣 No experience needed
☕ Tea, coffee, good chats, and plenty of encouragement
💛 A friendly, inclusive atmosphere where every stitch helps build connection
New faces are always welcome—just bring your curiosity and come say hello!
